Dato Seri Mohd Hishamudin Mohd Yunus
He is a former Court of Appeal judge. He received his Bachelor of Law with Honours at the University of London’s School of Political Science and was admitted as Barrister-At- Law at The Honorable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, London in 1973. He then pursued his Master of Law studies at the renowned London School of Economics in 1978. He began his career in Law on August 1973 and has since held a great many positions in the legal field.

Dato Dali Hashm Mahmud
Dato Dali graduated from University of Malaya with a B. A. Honours Degree in Economics in 1963 and joined the then External Affairs Service in the same year.
He has been posted to 12 different countries- six of which as Ambassador. His first Ambassadorial posting was to Pakistan and the last was to the United States of America.
Dato Dali was the first Malaysian diplomat to be accredited to the People Republic of China in 1974 as Charge D'Affairs when the Mallaysian Government established its Embassy in the Chinese Capital.
Dato Dali retired from the Foreign Service in December 1998.

Joined the Sarawak State Adminitrative
Service in 1964 after graduating from the Victoria University, New Zealand. Served as District Officer in Simunjan and Serian. Then in 1967 appointed Divisional Development Officer in what was then 3rd Division in Sarawak. In 1969 appointed Deputy GM of Sarawak Development Finance Corporation which was State Goverment agency giving credit to farmers and fishermen. Appointed first chairman of Sarawak Economic Development Corporation in 1971. He remained with SEDC for 6 years before he left to join the private sector. He was President of the Sarawak Chamber of Commerce and Industry for 24 years since 1971.

Born in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan. Graduated in 1967 (UM) ; obtained PhD in 1976(UM). First PhD graduate in Malay Studies after 25 years. First PhD thesis in Bahasa Malaysia. Was a student leader, academician, politician, banker, and sportsperson. Publications include “Kelas Menengah Melayu”, “Sistem Sosial Adat Perpatih”, and “Renungan” – a collection of my articles on education, politics, poverty, and the middle classes. Non-golfer.

Dato’ Seri Nazir Ariff is the co-founder of the Aspen Group, with over 40 years of business experience. From acting as an independent director in public listed companies, to trading in the tin smelting market, managing financial assets to managing football clubs, championing animal rights to fostering youth scholarships programmes, Dato’ Seri Nazir Ariff has more than a few feathers in his cap and his all rounder abilities have proven to be invaluable to establishing the roots of Aspen Group.

Tan Sri Datuk Dr Aris had served in various positions in the Economic Planning Unit, Prime Minister’s Department from 1966 to 1986. He was seconded to Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, Kuala Lumpur as Chief General Manager (Corporate Planning, Financial Subsidiaries, Treasury and Human Resources) from 1986 to 1989. From 1989 to 1999, Tan Sri Datuk Dr Aris was with the Ministry of Finance, during which he had served as Executive Director (South-East Asia Group) of the World Bank, Washington D.C., U.S.A. from 1991 to 1994 and Secretary General to the Treasury from 1998 to mid-1999. This was followed by a career in banking. He was also the Chairman of Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, and Malaysia Design and Innovation Centre, Cyberjaya. He currently holds several distinguished positions in the corporate sector.
Tan Sri Datuk Dr Aris has a PhD in Development Economics and a Master of Arts in Political Economy both from Boston University, Massachusetts, a Master of Arts in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Analytical Economics from University of Malaya.
